Experience:

Dr. Phillips joined UVNN after twelve years as a Professor of Neurosurgery at Dartmouth Medical School prior to which he completed a residency in Neurosurgery at MGH and obtained an MD and a Ph.D. in Neurophysiology at NYU. His novel approach to neurosurgical management of headache was featured on the Discovery Channel. He also maintains subspecialty certification in the diagnosis, treatment and surgery of Pain.
