Multiple Sclerosis Clinic of New Hampshire

MSCNH is a multi-disciplinary team of health and rehabilitation specialists who meet once a month to see a selected group of patients with MS. Staff members from each discipline see each patient and then meet as a group to discuss findings. A treatment plan and recommendations are then mailed to the patients and providers.
